Music Business 101 2013

89.5 The Drive has sponsored another year of Music Business 101 and it keeps getting better. Over the first 5 years we've had many the likes of 5440, Mother Mother, The Odds, Steve Dawson, Barney Bentall and many more lend a hand to up and coming local musicians. This year on Oct 27th Tom Wilson (Junkhouse,Blackie and the Rodeo Kings) will be on hand along with Bob D'Eith president of Music BC to help guide aspiring musicians. 12 local acts will be picked to take part and all of them will receive a free live performance video courtesy of Tractorgrease Multimedia. Submissions are open until Oct 19th at the link below:

Stage Rentals and Sound Production

After taking over the stage rental business from Jambox last Summer we've shifted focus to offering affordable Live Sound and Light Production. Tractorgrease will make your event stand out. So if you're thinking of Outdoor Festivals, Indoor Concerts, MMA Fights, School Dances,Private Functions or any other event that requires Lights,Sound, Stages, or Video. Email us at to book our services.

Here are some testimonials:

"Tractor Grease staging is a great company for outdoor concerts. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly to work with. All our bands just loved their sound guy!"

Lynda Baker
Cultural and Community Events Coordinator, City of Coquitlam

"Tractor grease does just as their name would suggest, make your event machine run smooth and easy. I organize the annual 4/20 rally in the core of downtown vancouver and with a crowd pushing 30k it really helps to have a straight and focussed crew to deal with all of the last minute requirements… These rallies have plenty! Jeff and his crew are where i need them, when i need them, bringing a highly adaptable and pro job to these events. But it's not just that, their professionalism and positive attitudes are contagious which is way important when things get stressful. These guys are the real deal and they make their jobs look easy."
